Still Life
Rework. This still life photograph was a recreation made in response to viewing Caravaggio's Boy Bitten By A Lizard. This photograph was used to solely focus on the still life asspects of the original painting and within this photograph i have again tried to subvert the original meaning of the painting. Whilst Caravaggio's painting was implicity about the pains of physical love I have tried to create an image that shows the opposite of this through the use of symbolically charged items. This image was created in response to the REMAKE criteria set for our final image.
